Popoli Young Jury Day is a film jury experience and an active cultural participation project dedicated to teenagers aged 14 to 18.

On Sunday 1 November, at the Cinema Astra, the young participants will become jurors for a day. Accompanied by moderators, they will watch the selected documentaries and discuss both the films and the themes raised, expressing and substantiating their points of view. At the end of the day, they will vote to award the Fondazione CR Firenze – Popoli Young Jury Day Prize.

Popoli Young Jury Day offers the chance to experience the Festival as key players, engage with peers, and gain hands-on experience of how a film jury works and the responsibilities it entails. All participants will receive an accreditation pass to attend screenings at the 67th edition of the Festival dei Popoli, running from 31 October to 8 November 2026. Lunch on Sunday 1 November will be provided for all participants.
