A laboratory of ideas for the future of international documentary cinema

For its 66th edition, Festival dei Popoli is now opening a new space dedicated to young professionals under 35, organized into a series of labs, each one characterized by its own specific area of investigation and a program consisting of masterclasses, round tables and screenings. The inquiry into practices will be combined with interdisciplinary and creative exchange through a rich program of screenings and meetings designed specifically for the participants who will be selected from various professional areas, Italian universities and the best film schools in Italy and throughout Europe.

The Future Campus is a space conceived for sharing perspectives and networking dedicated to national and international young talents. Film enthusiasts, documentary film students, young filmmakers and producers will meet in Florence during the festival to share ideas and projects, discussing the most relevant issues in filmmaking today. An intensive workshop designed as a bridge between the world of education and the professional one.

Selected participants will receive a free pass valid for the entire duration of the festival, which will allow access to all scheduled screenings and a series of exclusive meetings with professionals and festival guests.
