In compliance with the obligations of transparency and publicity (Law no. 124 of August 4, 2017 – article 1, paragraphs 125-129 and Growth Decree no. 34 /2019 converted into Law no. 58/2019), we publish the list of contributions, subsidies and economic advantages granted by public bodies in favour of Festival dei Popoli – Istituto Italiano per il Film di Documentazione Sociale ETS (C.F. 80002610485) in the period between 01/01/2018 and 31/12/2023:

• On 03/01/2018, received a contribution of € 60,000.00 from FST – Fondazione Sistema Toscana for the realization of the project “58° Festival dei Popoli” (advance payment).
• On 08/03/2018, received a contribution of € 50,000.00 from FST – Fondazione Sistema Toscana for the realization of the project “58° Festival dei Popoli” (balance).
• On 13/06/2018, received a grant of € 6,100.00 from FST – Fondazione Sistema Toscana, Programma Sensi contemporanei per il Cinema, for the realization of the project “Doc at Work Campus at the 58th Festival dei Popoli”.
• On 12/07/2018, free concession of the S. Apollonia complex, located in Florence, by the Azienda Regionale per il Diritto allo Studio Universitario della Toscana as part of the collaboration with FST – Fondazione Sistema Toscana, for 3 days, from 4 to 6 November 2018, for the realization of the project “Doc at work at the 59th Festival dei Popoli”, for an estimated value of € 3,000.00.
• On 01/08/2018, received a contribution of € 34,500.00 from the City of Florence – Culture and Sport Directorate, for the realization of the project “58° Festival dei Popoli”.
• On 20/08/2018, received a contribution of € 6,999.99 from AICS – Italian Agency for Cooperation and Development, for the realization of the “Meridiano Zero” project at the 58th Festival dei Popoli.
• On 03/11/2018, received a free concession of the “La Compagnia” property complex in Florence, by FST – Fondazione Sistema Toscana, for 8 days, from 3 to 10 November 2018, for the realization of the “59th Festival dei Popoli” project, for an alleged value of € 16,000.00.
• On 08/11/2018, received a grant of € 78,812.00 from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities – Directorate General Cinema for the realization of the project “58th Festival dei Popoli” (balance).
• On 09/11/2018, received a contribution of € 57,000.00 from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities – Directorate General Cinema for the realization of the project “59° Festival dei Popoli” (advance payment).
2019
• On 23/04/2019, received a grant of € 110,000.00 from FST – Fondazione Sistema Toscana for the implementation of the “59th Festival dei Popoli” project.
• On 03/05/2019, free concession of the S. Apollonia complex, located in Florence, by the Azienda Regionale per il Diritto allo Studio Universitario della Toscana as part of the collaboration with FST – Fondazione Sistema Toscana, for 4 days, from 2 to 6 November 2019, for the implementation of the “Doc at work 2019” project, for an estimated value of € 4,000.00.
• On 21/06/2019, received a grant of € 35,000.00 from the City of Florence – Department of Culture for the realization of the project “59th Festival dei Popoli”.
• On 26/07/2019, received a grant of € 20,000.00 from FST – Fondazione Sistema Toscana – Programma Sensi Contemporanei Toscana per il Cinema for the realization of the project “Doc at Work 2018”.
• On 03/10/2019, received a contribution of € 17,500.00 from the European Film Commission for the realization of the project “60th Festival dei Popoli” (advance payment).
• On 02/11/2019, received a free concession of the screening room located in the “Manifatture Digitali Cinema” building complex in Prato, by FST – Fondazione Sistema Toscana, for the day 21/10/2019 for the realization of the “Doc at Work 2019” project, for an estimated value of € 800,00.
• On 10/10/2019, received a grant of € 1,220.00 from FST – Fondazione Sistema Toscana for participation in the “Firenze dei Bambini al Cinema La Compagnia” project.
• On 17/10/2019, received a contribution of € 57,000.00 from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities – Directorate General Cinema for the realization of the project “60th Festival dei Popoli” (advance payment).
• On 02/11/2019, received a free concession of the “La Compagnia” property complex in Florence, by FST – Fondazione Sistema Toscana, for 8 days, from 2 to 9 November 2019, for the realization of the “60th Festival dei Popoli” project, for an alleged value of € 16,000.00.
• On 04/11/2019, received a contribution of € 15,250.00 from FST – Fondazione Sistema Toscana for “Communication activities on the occasion of the 60th anniversary”.
• On 19/11/2019, received a grant of € 34,400.00 from FST – Fondazione Sistema Toscana for the realization of the project “Digitization and enhancement of the Festival dei Popoli Archives” (advance payment).

• On 04/03/2020, the balance of € 3,457.69 was received from FST - Fondazione Sistema Tuscany for the realization of the project “Digitization and enhancement of the Archive Festival dei Popoli ”year 2019.
• On 22/04/2020, received a contribution of € 110,000.00 from FST - Fondazione Sistema Toscana for the realization of the “60th Festival dei Popoli” project.
• On 12/05/2020, received a contribution of € 12,000.00 from FST - Fondazione Sistema Toscana - Tuscan Contemporary Senses Program for Cinema for the realization of the “Doc at Work 2019” project.
• On 15/05/2020, received a contribution of € 35,000.00 from the Municipality of Florence - Department of Culture for the realization of the “60th Festival dei Popoli” project.
• On 11/06/2020, received a contribution of € 17,500.00 from the European Film Commission for the realization of the “60th Festival dei Popoli” project (balance).
• On 17/10/2020, received a contribution of € 110,000.00 from FST - Fondazione Sistema Toscana for the realization of the “61 ° Festival dei Popoli” project.
• On 08/10/2020, received a contribution of € 63,313.85 from FST - Fondazione Sistema Toscana for the realization of the project "Digitization and enhancement of the Festival dei Popoli Archive" for the year 2020.
• On 14/11/2020, received the free concession of the “La Compagnia” real estate complex in Florence, by FST - Fondazione Sistema Toscana, for no. 8 days, from 15 to 22 November 2020, for the realization of the "61 ° Festival dei Popoli" project, for an estimated value of € 16,000.00.
• On 18/12/2020, received a contribution of € 80,000.00 from the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities - Directorate-General for Cinema for the realization of the “61 ° Festival dei Popoli” project (deposit).

• On 23/07/2021, received a contribution of € 15,828.46 from FST - Fondazione Sistema Toscana for the realization of the project "Digitization and enhancement of the Festival dei Popoli Archive" for the year 2020.
• On 23/08/2021, received a grant of € 63,000.00 from the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities - Directorate General for Cinema for the realization of the “62 ° Festival dei Popoli” project (down payment).
• On 30/09/2021, received a contribution of € 19,950.00 from FST - Fondazione Sistema Toscana for the realization of the project "Digitization and enhancement of the Festival dei Popoli Archive" for the year 2020.
• On 11/11/2021, received free temporary concession of the cinema room and small room, located in the “La Compagnia” real estate complex in Florence, by FST - Fondazione Sistema Toscana, for n. 9 days, from 20 to 28 November 2021, for the realization of the “62 ° Festival dei Popoli” project, for an estimated value of € 16,000.00.
• On 11/24/2021, received a contribution of € 110,000.00 from FST - Fondazione Sistema Toscana for the realization of the “62 ° Festival dei Popoli” project.
• On 27/12/2021, received a contribution of € 38,000.00 from FST - Fondazione Sistema Toscana for the realization of the project “Digitization and enhancement of the Festival dei Popoli Archive” for the year 2021.

• On 14/02/2022, received contribution of € 27,000.00 from European Union for the realization of the project "63rd Festival dei Popoli - International Documentary Film Festival" within the framework of the Europe Creative Europe MEDIA call.
• On 02/22/2022, received contribution from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities - General Directorate Cinema for the realization of the project "61st Festival dei Popoli" (balance 2020).
• On 07/13/2022, received a contribution of € 35,000.00 from the City of Florence - Department of Culture for the realization of the project "62nd Festival dei Popoli" (2021 yearly balance).
• On 08/29/2022, received contribution of € 63,000.00 from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities - General Directorate of Cinema for the realization of the project "63rd Festival dei Popoli" (advance payment 2022).
• On 04/11/2022, received contribution of € 81,404.40 from the Ministry of Education/Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism for the realization of the project "DIVE - Diversity in Visual-Essay" as part of the Call for Proposals "Cinema and Audiovisual at School - Projects of territorial relevance".
• On 05/11/2022, received free temporary concession of the premises cinema hall and small hall, located in the real estate complex "La Compagnia" in Florence, by FST - Fondazione Sistema Toscana, for n. 9 days, from November 5 to 13, 2022, for the realization of the project "63rd Festival dei Popoli", for an assumed value of € 16,000.00.
