The Festival dei Popoli is looking for volunteers to help organise the 66th edition, which will be held in Florence from 1 to 9 November 2025.

We are looking for enthusiastic young people to support the accreditation staff, info desk, hall, hospitality team, bookshop, video makers and photographers to help us organise one of the most exciting events in the Florentine capital.

This experience will allow you to participate in an international event, with films and guests from all over the world; the opportunity to get involved, to discover what happens behind the scenes of a festival; the chance to test your professional skills and aptitudes.

Volunteers are an integral part of the festival, a valuable resource, not only for the success of the event but also for the training of our team, made up of “former volunteers”.
