Apparently casual urban images accompany a voice-over collective story. Voices of people who tell their stories, the daily fight against panic and anxiety, loneliness and isolation from the others, which the former condition entails. We discern faces from time to time, but connecting the voices to individual people is not possible. We realize that these images are not supposed to describe or illustrate: they serve to set an ambiance for the mind, to give room to necessary reflection. The voices, which are calm and serious, describe sensations, thoughts, and fears while the world moves frantically. A film that invites us to listen and encourages us to dwell on those words, while the impetuous flow of the world seems to be doing the opposite. (D.D.)
