Proxima
Proxima is Doc at Work's space dedicated to documentary films in the editing and post-production phase. It is open to works longer than 60 minutes selected from among those that have applied to participate through a specific call for entries. Each year, a maximum of six feature-length documentaries directed by Italian filmmakers (or filmmakers residing in Italy) and/or (co-)produced in Italy are selected. The participating projects, still seeking their world premiere, will be presented to an audience of decision makers selected from among international festival programmers, sales agents, distributors, commissioning editors and other important players in the European audiovisual sector.
The SudTitles Award and the RIDM Award are confirmed for the 2025 edition of Proxima; the final list of awards will be announced shortly.
