PROXIMA is the section of Doc at Work dedicated to documentary films in the editing and post-production stages.

Each year, a maximum of six feature-length documentaries are selected – three Italian and three international; a preview of the films is presented to an audience of festival programmers, distributors, sales agents and other professionals, with whom dedicated meetings are also organised.

Entries for the selection of the three Italian projects will be open from 25 May to 4 September 2026.

The three international projects will be selected by invitation, in agreement with the partner institutions.
