The "Pensieri in movimento" workshop offers an experiential journey that combines body, voice, and reflection. Through thinking exercises and movement games, children learn to express themselves and collaborate. The activities are linked to themes such as respect, listening, trust, and helping, which are explored both physically and symbolically. Each exercise stimulates awareness of the body and emotions, encouraging dialogue and cooperation. The journey ends with a creative moment that invites children to represent what they have experienced in a personal way.
