The new and highly anticipated film by Miguel Gomes and Maureen Fazendeiro inaugurates the 62nd Festival dei Popoli, on November 20 at the La Compagnia cinema in Florence.

Burning borders, the retrospective of the 62nd Festival dei Popoli that investigates and narrates the cinema and art of Nicolas Klotz and Elisabeth Perceval.

Scheduled from 6 to 12 October at the Cinema La Compagnia di Firenze, the film L’île De Perdus by Laura Lamanda, winner of the “unmissable” prize of the 61st edition of the Festival dei Popoli.

The 62nd Festival dei Popoli, in Florence from 20 to 28 November, dedicates an exclusive retrospective to the French directors Nicolas Klotz and Elisabeth Perceval entitled “Burning borders”.

From 29 June to 8 August OPEN CINEMA is back! the Cinema under the stars in the Uffizi square for the Florentine Summer. For the occasion, the Festival dei Popoli dedicates a tribute to Tizza Covi and Rainer Frimmel, curated by Daniela Persico.
